Vegan Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1 3/4 cups of flour
1 cup sugar of your choice
1/2 cup vegan butter
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
A pinch of salt
Optional: Additional Toppings - peanut butter, nuts, chocolate chips, fruit, etc.
Recipe:
1. Mix butter and sugar together
2. Add applesauce to butter and sugar
3. Mash bananas and combine with the butter, sugar, and applesauce mixture
4. Add dry ingredients and mix well
5. Add optional toppings
6. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 45 minutes
7. If not cooked all the way through, place back in the oven for 10-15 minute intervals until fully baked
8. Enjoy!
