Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Are you obsessed with everything pumpkin spice?


Me too! But all those pumpkin spice flavoured treats can get unhealthy so I came up with this healthy pumpkin spice smoothie that tastes just a pumpkin pie shake!

Ingredients:

- Pumpkin puree: 1/3 cup

- Almond Milk: About 1 cup

- Frozen banana: 150 - 200g

- Cinnamon or pumpkin spice: 1/2 tsp

- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp

- Maple Syrup: 1-3 tbsp (optional)

- Coco whip (optional)


Directions:

  1. Combine pumpkin puree, frozen banana, almond milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and cinnamon or pumpkin spice in a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Pour into a cup and top with Coco whip and a dash of cinnamon!
