Healthy Vegan Ramen

I LOVE a good instant noodle or ramen dish and they're not always the healthiest so I've been making my own healthier version at home!
Ingredients:
- 1 Brown rice & millet ramen noodle cake (These noodles are great because the only ingredients are brown rice flour and millet flour!)
- Broth/Bouillon
- Soy Sauce
- Garlic
- Crushed red chilli peppers
- Medium Firm tofu
- Kale or Spinach
- Green onion
Directions:
- Add the bouillon, soy sauce, tofu, crushed red peppers, and garlic to the water and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add ramen noodles and green onion.
- When noodles are tender add your greens and let them cook until they are wilted.
- Remove from heat and enjoy!
